We are looking for a WEBCON Developer! 📍 Warsaw (1 day a week working from the office) — 💼 Employment type: B2B — 💰 Rate: up to 150 PLN/h We are seeking an experienced WEBCON Developer who will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining solutions based on the WEBCON BPS platform. The person in this position will collaborate with the business and technical teams to implement and optimize business processes.

Responsibilities

• Analyzing business and process requirements in collaboration with process owners and stakeholders.
• Designing workflows, forms, business rules, and data structures.
• Identifying risks, technical constraints, and proposing alternative solutions.
• Creating and developing process applications based on the WEBCON BPS platform.
• Configuring document flows, actions, validation rules, permissions, and business logic.
• Integrating WEBCON with external systems (Power BI, Oracle Financials, API, databases).
• Planning and executing WEBCON platform upgrades.
• Administering WEBCON environments (DEV, TEST, PROD).
• Managing application and database servers.
• Preparing reports, dashboards, and user views.
• Participating in functional testing and supporting UAT testing.
• Maintaining and developing existing applications, analyzing and fixing bugs, optimizing performance.
• Monitoring application performance and responding to incidents.
• Providing end-user support as part of the second and third line of support.
• Creating and updating technical and user documentation.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience working with the WEBCON BPS platform.
• Experience in designing and developing process applications (workflow, forms, business rules).
• Ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Experience in administering WEBCON environments (DEV, TEST, PROD).
• Practical knowledge of planning and executing WEBCON platform upgrades.
• Familiarity with Windows Server and Microsoft SQL Server (query creation, data analysis, diagnostics).
• Experience in system integration using APIs, web services, and database integrations.
• Ability to work with technical documentation and create your own documentation.
• Knowledge of application security issues and permission management.
• WEBCON certifications (Developer, Advanced Developer, or equivalent) will be an additional asset.
