Business Analyst (Banking)

Work location: Warsaw - hybrid work, office visits 2 days a week — Form of cooperation: B2B contract — Rate: 80 - 100 PLN/h net + VAT

Responsibilities

• Design and conduct qualitative research based on business needs, including in-depth interviews with internal and external clients and focus groups in the corporate client segment
• Analyze data from various internal and external sources, supporting product teams during the discovery phase
• Facilitate workshops with employees and clients, particularly within the Service Design and Design Thinking approaches
• Initiate quantitative research and analyze customer and user data to build recommendations
• Prepare reports from qualitative and quantitative research and develop customer experience maps (Customer Journey)
• Collaborate with teams responsible for product and process creation in Agile and waterfall models
• Identify needs and issues of corporate clients related to online banking, banking products, and processes
• Participate in the entire project process – from identifying insights and needs, through designing solutions, to testing and verification post-implementation

Requirements

• You have several years of experience in conducting qualitative research
• You have experience in projects related to digital service channels, CRM/ERP systems, and B2B/B2B corporate relationships
• You have experience in conducting workshops and working with groups
• You can view from the client's perspective and promote the client's voice within the organization
• You are familiar with the KYC area
• Diagnosed problems inspire you to seek solutions
• You are characterized by good work organization and independence
• You are comfortable with technological topics
• Experience in conducting qualitative research
• Ability to analyze qualitative and quantitative data
• Familiarity with MS PowerPoint
• Very good knowledge of MS Excel is a plus
• Familiarity with Design Thinking methodology is a plus
• Knowledge of banking products or a willingness to learn in this area is a plus
