Resposibilities: Provide end-user support for hardware and software issues related to workstations, printers, peripherals, and operating systems. Manage and resolve user requests and incidents in ITSM systems in accordance with ITIL processes. Configure and maintain user accounts, access rights, and identity management solutions, including M365 services. Troubleshoot and resolve networking, system access, and application interoperability issues. Deliver high-quality customer service through effective communication, timely issue resolution, and cooperation with internal IT teams.
