Senior Payments Platform Specialist / Payments Architect

📍 Location: Poland (remote) 💰 Rate: 180–300 PLN/h B2B — 🚀 Start: ASAP We are currently looking for an experienced Payments expert for an international financial sector client. We are seeking a Senior/Expert-level specialist with strong architectural or project management experience across payments platforms, cross-border payments, and modern payment infrastructure. This role combines traditional banking payments infrastructure with emerging digital money and DLT-based settlement ecosystems.

Zakres obowiązków

•  Design, configure, and optimise payments platform architecture for domestic and cross-border payment processing
•  Define operating models for payments processing, reconciliation, settlement, and exception handling
•  Support integration between traditional payment systems and DLT/blockchain-based settlement infrastructure
•  Maintain and improve payments platform SLAs
•  Conduct platform assessments and recommend modernisation strategies
•  Collaborate across business, technology, compliance, and operations teams
•  Support ISO 20022 migration and SWIFT MT/MX transformation initiatives

Wymagania

•  10+ years of experience in Payments domain
•  Strong background in global banking, payment processors, or payments consulting
•  Deep knowledge of SWIFT MT/MX and ISO 20022
•  Hands-on experience with CBPR+, correspondent banking, clearing, and settlement
•  Experience with payment hubs and payment orchestration platforms
•  Strong architectural or project delivery background within Payments
•  English proficiency (B2/C1+)

Mile widziane

•  Exposure to blockchain/DLT-based payment networks
•  Experience with Partior, Fnality, Kinexys/Onyx, or similar platforms
•  Understanding of stablecoins, tokenised deposits, and CBDC concepts
•  Experience with ACI Worldwide, Finastra, Form3, or Volante
•  Knowledge of PSD2/Open Banking/API-based payments
•  SWIFT or Payments certifications
