Business Analyst with Tax Experience — 1 FTE | Remote / Warsaw | Start: ASAP Rate: 100/h B2B Project description Financial and tax project. — Tech stack Must have: BPMN, Azure DevOps, Confluence, UML, AI tools (Copilot / Cursor) Nice to have: Experience in tax, financial, or regulatory projects.

Zakres obowiązków

•  Business and system analysis of new functionalities.
•  Preparing user stories, acceptance criteria, and requirements documentation.
•  Modeling business processes.
•  Cooperation with the development team (.NET, React) in designing APIs and integrating modules.
•  Participation in refinements, workshops, and work planning.
•  Using AI tools to automate documentation and analysis.
•  Monitoring risks, dependencies, and work progress.
•  Ongoing communication with stakeholders in English.

Wymagania

•  Min. 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in IT projects.
•  Experience in creating documentation and process mapping.
•  Ability to analyze data and define complex business rules.
•  Understanding of API architecture, microservices, and working with a technical team.
•  Very good knowledge of English – C1 level.
