Junior Consultant / Junior Implementation Specialist AI CRM • Automation • Low-Code You will join a team delivering implementation and consulting projects for companies looking to grow their sales, marketing, and customer service using modern technologies. We work at the intersection of: AI CRM business process automation low-code / no-code platforms system and data integration Our work is not just about implementing tools — we help clients design and improve the way their organizations operate.

Zakres obowiązków

• You will work on projects that connect technology with business processes. Your responsibilities will include:
• Analysis and process design
•  analyzing sales, marketing, and customer service processes
•  identifying areas for automation
•  business process modeling
• Process automation
•  configuring low-code / no-code tools
•  building workflows and automations
•  integrating various systems
• System implementations
•  configuring CRM systems and operational platforms
•  supporting implementations and testing
•  participating in client workshops
• Consulting work
•  gathering business requirements
•  preparing analyses and recommendations
•  participating in transformational projects
• Over time, you will lead entire areas of implementations or automations.

Wymagania

• We are looking for smart, ambitious individuals who already have their first project experiences and want to develop in the area of technology consulting and business automation.
• You don't need to know CRM or specific tools — we will teach you. What is much more important to us is:
•  analytical and logical thinking
•  fast learning of new technologies
•  ability to understand business processes
•  good communication skills
•  curiosity about how organizations work
• We are looking for people with 1–2 years of project experience, e.g., in the areas of:
•  IT / business consulting
•  business analysis
•  system implementations
•  operations / business processes
•  product / tech startups
•  data / automation / low-code
• Or perhaps you have worked on projects in roles such as:
•  Junior Consultant
•  Business Analyst
•  Implementation Specialist
•  Product / Operations Analyst
•  Junior Project Manager

Mile widziane

• We don't require these, but it will be a plus if you have:
•  experience with CRM
•  knowledge of BPMN / process modeling
•  basics of SQL or data analysis
•  experience with low-code / no-code platforms
•  interest in AI in business and automation
